Abstract :
The Community Complaint Information System (SIPEMA) application is a system used to assist the community and the staff of the Mantang district in making complaints and handling them. Making it easier for the public to make complaints and get follow-up on these complaints. In making complaints, still using manual media, namely by writing on paper, of course this is very ineffective in the current technological era, to overcome these problems an online public complaint system is needed. This research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) development method. The RAD used uses four stages of development, namely the planning analysis stage, the modeling analysis stage, the modeling design stage, and the construction phase. In the planning analysis stage, the results of functional and non-functional requirements analysis are obtained. At the modeling analysis stage, an overview of the system that has been running before is obtained. At the modeling design stage, a system design is obtained using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and system design. In the last stage, namely the construction stage, the results of the implementation of the previous stages were obtained, such as an overview of the completed system and testing using User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results of the UAT test show that the functionality of the public complaint system with a percentage of 93.57% was tested by 4 respondents running well and according to user needs.
