Abstract :
The author found that there was a case in the arrangement of guarantees for the prisoner's family against fulfilling the Integration and Assimilation requirements at the Class II.A Tanjungpinang Narcotics Penitentiary, namely the existence of a guarantor from the prisoner who gave an unclear status in his recognition as the prisoner's own family. The purpose of this thesis is to find out how the implementation of prisoner's family guarantees fulfills integration and assimilation requirements and to know the method of verifying family guarantee files proposed by convicts in their implementation at Class II.A Tanjungpinang Narcotics Prison. The research method used is a qualitative empirical research method in which the focus of the research is to study the implementation of prisoner's family guarantees and implementation constraints. The results of this study indicate that in this implementation prisoners, in this case the guarantor family for prisoners, are not from the nuclear family so that integration and assimilation are quickly fulfilled at the Class II.A Narcotics Penitentiary Tanjungpinang by utilizing friends as family. It was concluded that in the implementation of the Assimilation Integration it would later be found whether there was a Standard Method of regulation regarding who is included in the Families of the Prisoner's Family Insurance for fulfilling the Integration and Assimilation Requirements.
