Abstract :
One of the government's efforts to provide health to the community is by establishing a government agency as a public health service delivery unit, namely the Community Health Center or what is commonly called the Puskesmas. Good and quality health services must fulfill patient satisfaction is a very important thing in calculation the quality of health service. The problems that occurred at the East Jemaja Health Center were unfriendly service, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and inadequate availability of drugs. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effectiveness of health services in increasing community satisfaction at the East Jemaja Health Center in Anambas Islands Regency 2021. Researchers use the theory of Richard M. Steers in measuring the effectiveness of 3 indicators namely, goal attainment, integration, and adaptation. The research method used by researchers in this thesis research is a qualitative research method. The informants in this study were the head of the Jemaja Timur Health Center and the people who received services from the East Jemaja Health Center. In this research, the researcher analyzed the data by examining and reviewing all the data obtained from the field. The results showed that the effectiveness of health services in increasing community satisfaction at the East Jemaja Health Center in Anambas Islands Regency was not optimal.
