Abstract :
This research aims to find out the elements that often appear in gamification, specially at listening class. This research was conducted at Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji class of K1-2022. There are 4 elements that will be discussed in this study, namely points, levels, challenges and leaderboard. This research discusses the elements of gamification that often appear in several games for the learning process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the instruments used are observation and interview. The results showed that gamification in the learning process will make students more motivated and make the classroom atmosphere more relaxed. There are several elements of gamification which in the opinion of students have an important role and vice versa. Keywords: Gamification, Element, Listening.
