Abstract :
This research aims to explain the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at the KSOP Class II Tanjungpinang office. The population in this study were 92 employees of the KSOP Class II Tanjungpinang Office. sampling using saturated techniques, the total sample was 92 employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses hypothesis testing, structural model identification, and goodness of fit test. The research results show that organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has a significant influence on organizational commitment, organizational commitment does not have a significant influence on performance employees, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment, and transformational leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance through organizational commitment
