Abstract :
The process of recording archiving is done at KUA Taman Sari district until today still manual. Therefore, frequent mistakes in carrying out the processes of recording marriages. Among frequent errors in recording data bride, parent, guardian of marriage and the witnesses at the marriage registration process. Errors in the recording process into marriage certificate, charter suscatin, marriage certificate and receipts monthly reporting not using a computerized system so that the recording process to be slow and ineffective. Based on the above, we need a computerized system to support performance KUA officials to be more accurate, effective and efficient. As well as to reduce the space for storage / filing cabinet. The system is proposed in order to overcome problems or obstacles that are often encountered in manual system is still used in KUA District Taman Sari
