Abstract :
The building of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch Office which is located on Mall BTC Blok B11-B14 Jl.Perniagaan Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung was inaugurated in 2007 by Governor H. Eko Maulana Ali, SE. MSc. The problems faced by the secretariat of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Pangkalpinang Branch Office are still manually done, , so that the administration process and archiving files still experience problems and obstacles. With so many problems in the circulation of the secretariat and in line with the global development and flow of information, it is necessarily needed a settlement, the system is later expected can generate ease of correspondence administrative circulation processing especially later it will have implications for the satisfaction of the branch head and all employees in terms of sub-secretariat.
