Abstract :
In the development of e-business, many examples of businesses that become more efficient with the use of IT. One such area is the e-procurement is practiced to overcome the problem of procurement of goods and facilitate working relationships with other unti. The purpose of this study is to develop a procurement system by analyzing and designing e-procurement system applications. While the methods used in its design using object-based approach (Object Oriented Analysis and Design Method) with a web-based application development. The results obtained are expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise procurement process. Conclusion is obtained in the presence of the e-procurement system, in addition to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process, is also able to reduce administrative costs, and minimize process of recording and data entry errors in ordering.
