Abstract :
Kantor Kepala Desa Pagarawan is a government agency engaged in public service. These agencies perform services to all communities in Salt Sand Village. The process of staffing the "Kantor Kepala Desa Pagarawan" in starting the formation requests / needs of employees, staffing, employee history, employment termination to preparing reports which are then submitted to the leadership. Employment data recording process is done on the "Kantor Kepala Desa Pagarawan" is still using simple applications such as Exel. Which is less rapid in carrying out the processes of data processing employees, including frequent errors in employee data records, the data leave, and delay the transaction or transactions that were deemed too long so that the data search process becomes slow, ineffective and inefficient. To overcome these problems, we need a computerized staffing system very suitable for supporting the advancement and development of the institution. So as to overcome the problems or constraints on systems running today. By leveraging this proposed computerized system is good and true, the possibility of supervision or control over personnel information becomes easier.
