Abstract :
In the era of information globalization today, systems and technology development is growing rapidly. The companies compete hardly in the competitive global market. One of the way to win the competition is investing and implementing systems and information technology to assist in decision making. ECommerce is one of the information systems that help companies for increasing the customer and revenues. In the development of information systems that will be implemented, needs a good planning so that accordance with the vision and objectives of the company and runs successfully. One of planning should be done before the implementation of the information system is an feasibility study to analyze whether the investment is feasible and what are the benefits to be gained with that information system. By using the method of Cost Benefit Analysis, the company can analyze the feasibility of information systems by calculating the payback period, return on investment, net present value, internal rate of return.
