Abstract :
The rational choice is the best option to execute business even with personal bias. Taking the assessment carefully, the personal favor in which has been trademarked by heavy bias can be formulated with FAHP. With the problem solution study model in 2 hotels called Ibis and Pullman, this article analyzes the goal to find the best suppliers. Next category is cost, specification, and design in which have been consigned as dependent variables. The next is sub categories such as production cost, term of payment, durability, easy maintenance, quality certification, production continuity, custom design, range of color, range of size, and finishing material in which have been consigned as independent variables. The main problem is to find the best alternative of Hotel?s F&B Service, because it has such bias value. If the value is higher, then the chance in which must be opted is higher, too. If the value is lower, then the chance in which must be opted is lower, too. The selection of ranking based on its Compound Indices is: (1) HEG [0.2718] (2) Wiratama [0.2376] (3) TA [0.1875] (4) Arsi [0.1736], and (5) PSI [0.1295].
