Abstract :
This study attempts to ascertain whether there are the relations between climate schools on a teacher in high school the se-kota prabumulih .If school climate be conducive performance of teachers tend to be higher , if the school not be conducive to low a teacher .Variable attached to research is a teacher free while the climate is school. This research used a quantitative approach , measuring instrument in this research both likert scale scale performance of teachers and scale of climate school , testing and reliability of used technique alpha cronbach with a different 0.30 , the result in analysis using the normality kolmogrov smirnov and the linieritas , hypothesis tested use regression simple test .Research 332 population some teachers and the sample it uses 172 teachers are civil servants spread in 7 at school level in public 1 , sman 2 , sman 4 , sman 5 , sman 6 , sman 7 , sman 8 in the city prabumulih .
