Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and obtain the results of how the effect of the work safety program, occupational health and work environment on employee productivity. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample used was 155 respondents with members directly. Sample selection using simple random sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results used partial test (t test), safety and work environment do not have an influence on employee productivity, while employee health has a positive effect on employee productivity. In the simultaneous test (Test F), safety, health and work environment do not have a joint effect on employee productivity.
