Abstract :
This study aims to prove the effect of occupational safety and health (k3) on employee performance. Data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees in the production unit at PTPN VII (PERSERO) Betung Business Unit, amounting to 110 people. The sampling method uses simple random sampling (simple random sampling technique), which is a sampling technique from members of the population that is done randomly, then a sample of 30 is determined. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that occupational safety and health variables have a partial and significant effect on employee performance in PTPN VII (PERSERO) Betung Business Unit. This indicates that the initial assumption of the author is proven to be true which assumes that by carrying out the occupational safety and health program well it will be able to improve employee performance.
