Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of HR competencies on work productivity at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents, namely employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This research was conducted by quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear analysis using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of partial testing (t test) HR competencies affect work productivity, that there is a significant effect between competencies on work productivity. Statistical test results show Ho is rejected, then it means that the independent variables partially have a significant effect on work productivity. But if Ho is accepted, it means that the independent variables do not have a significant effect on work productivity. HR competencies simultaneously affect work productivity. HR competency partially has a significant effect on work productivity.
