Abstract :
Software House today was overwhelming and many companies need, such as making an application service for accounting needs, and others. Sales by door to door (to come directly to the company's estimated need applications) is very inefficient, because it will cost and a lot of time. Many ways have been done to improve the marketing and sales of company products, but sometimes I do not make customers safe and comfortable. Some of the requirements resulting from the analysis of the system has done is (1) Making the website application that can reach a wide market share. (2) Website must have a product catalog, product messages, status messages, product purchase history information, input data problem solving, register, customer maintenance, testimonials. (3) Making a WAP application in problem solving software. (4) as supporting WAP websites in improving service to customers. (5) must have a WAP catalog, problem solving and be able to order products. (6) made a payment system is cash on delivery (COD). Some results have been obtained from the test test case, namely (1) register the website can be done. (2) Login website and WAP as validation can be done. (3) Maintenance Catalog which serves to insert and update the company's product data can be done well. (4) Order Products and WAP site can be done. (5) Website and WAP are well integrated into the input data demonstrated problem solving is entered on the website with the menu can be displayed problem solving problem solving on the menu at the WAP application. Test data test case may produce a conclusion that the website and WAP applications can improve problem solving services for customers who have purchased the software company.
