Abstract :
Since its first service today, the selection of labor in PT. Bali Regional Vodacom-Nusra done manually and the system would pick many drawbacks such as heavy use of paper to record prospective employees, and the calculation of the potential labor force that is used by certain criteria or the criteria in the selection process. With so many flaws that exist it is necessary for the application of the selection process of prospective employees in accordance with the position so as to produce a quality workforce. Based on the description of these problems can be solved by building a decision support system is a computer-based system intended to help decision makers utilize data and models in particular to solve unstructured problems. Methods to be used in the manufacture of this system is the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation). Excess PROMETHEE method is able to determine the order or priority in multi criteria analysis or MCDM (Multi Criterion Decision Making)(Hasan,2002). Based on the results of evaluations conducted, this study builds on the Decision Support System applications Selection of Labor using Promethee method based on the existing vacancy and assessment selection process in PT. Telkomsel Regional Bali ? Nusa Tenggara. To facilitate the particular company PT. PT. Telkomsel Regional Bali ? Nusa Tenggara in the selection of the workforce is equipped with technology applications in the form of SMS responses available to provide information directly to prospective workers. From the results of trials that have been conducted on the applicant selection process in PT. Telkomsel Regional Bali ? Nusa Tenggara, the system has output corresponding to that desired by the PT. Telkomsel Regional Bali ? Nusa Tenggara provide the information in the form of a graduate recruitment and selection did not pass.
