Abstract :
The data of patients at the General Hospital of Bima NTB has not organited properly so that common problems of loss of patient data. Some data duplication often occurs when patients forget to bring the Parent Medication Card, this might impact upon the patient could have more than medical record numbers. Another thing that happened in the Milky hospitals is the absence of information about the approximate cost of the treatment is causing some problems especially cost overruns. As a result of these cost overruns resulted in delays out patients who are not directly harm the patient. The process of making the billing system can not be given at any time to go through the report generation time (± 1 day), report another report that requires a complicated process and requires a long time is a monthly report to the Executive and year-end reporting to the Ministry of Health. In this study the problem solved by building Inpatient Hospital Information System Milky which put emphasis on the estimated cost of hospitalization and report generation. Web-based information system built to facilitate the implementation process. A series of trials have been carried out mainly on the estimation process, the estimation process can already be used to estimate the hospitalization costs based on the history of similar disease diagnosis. Reporting-reporting is required: (1) Billing System, (2) The Executive, (3) The Ministry of Health, all of which can be produced at any time when needed.
