Abstract :
Human Resources (HR) is an authorized or a basic capital within the national development process, therefore the quality of human resources must always be developed and directed to reach and achieve the expected goals. For the activities of Human Resource Management consist of: human resource planning, recruitment, training/ instruction, development, maintenance, and termination. It aims to make companies possible to deal with Human Resources so well that really reliable in achieving corporate goals labor can be acquired.
The purpose of this study is to know and understand the system and come to the company?s field or participate in the process. And to get additional knowledge and experience that will open up the horizons of thinking about knowledge that studied so far. The methods used in this study are observation, interview and literature studies, especially in the Human Resource Management. In this study the researcher discusses the systematic Recruitment & both internal and external selection and systematic preparation of the annual training program in PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry. With the help of reference books on Human Resource Management, the researcher is allowed to complete this final assignment.
