Abstract :
Badan Kepegawaian and Diklat Surabaya is a dept. of notching the government which have duty to handle civil servants ( pns ). The purpose of formation of Badan Kepegawaian and Diklat of surabaya is to improve human resources of civil and human services whose best performance so achieved good government and responsible. Main task and function of conforming to regulations mayor number 90 / 2008 about details duties and functions of technical institution city surabaya which is the coordination of plan drafting the program budget and reports badan, the implementation of the management of the organization and ketatalaksanaan, the management of human resources administration and re-functioned formularization technical policy in the field of employment and training of, furnishing support for the implementation of local government in the field of employment and training of, management and performance of duties as referred to in article 64, ketatausahaan management.
