Abstract :
IPIEMS Surabaya High School is located at Jl. Menur No. 125 Surabaya, is one agency that requires a computerized information system to facilitate the academic process. In this case IPIEMS High School Surabaya have difficulties in implementing the assessment process is the process of data entry of student sometimes the accumulation of data that will be in the entry and also had an error so teachers or the academic should erase this value by hand and then replace it with new data. The process of making the system starts from analyzing the system, system design, programming, and implementation of the program. Analysis results in the form of the document is converted to a flow which is shared by the processes transactions. Of document flow is developed a new system which is then written into the flow system. With the implementation of this system at the high school IPIEMS Surabaya, then this application can reduce errors - errors which may occur in the recording academy high school system IPIEMS Surabaya. The system is also expected to further speed up the reporting process, which in turn can help the decision makers to further improve the performance of existing services.
