Abstract :
This study was conducted to measure whether the number of boards of directors in a company or a bank affect the profitability that will be obtained. For that research is done by taking data from all syariah bank in Indonesia. In this study also, researchers take data from 2013 until 2015. Size of independent variables taken are the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, and reputation of the Public Accounting Firm. While the size of the dependent variable used is profitability.
