Abstract :
This research is aimed to study empirically the effect of functional quality, technical quality, and relationship quality to words word of mouth. The company being research is Eka Hospital, the respondents are taken from the patient of Eka Hospital. The samples are obtained by using purposive sampling method, 102 people are used as the samples of this study. This statistic method used is multiple regression with initial test used is a test of normality, multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. Hypothesis testing used t-statistics with 5% level of significant. The results of this research shows that functional quality has significant effect to word of mouth. Technical quality has significant effect to word of mouth where the technical quality variable has dominant effect to word of mouth. Relationship quality has significant effect to word of mouth.
