Abstract :
The research is intended to explore the current employee recruitment
system implemented in the Department of Forestry, as a means to provide
appropriate human resource, recognize recruitment problems, and effectiveness.
Department of Forestry, a government agent aimed to manage natural
resources by its multifunction is ineffective without independent support. So with
the three aspects of natural resources development ( protection, preservation /
conservation and usage ) implemented and not separately by other department.
Referring to the importance of three aspects of natural resources development,
Department of Forestry existence is indeed mainly required for the take off
instrument in forestry sector
The outcome of the research concludes that Department of Forestry has
already implemented an appropriate and effective recruitment system, beside of
several problems to be solved
