Abstract :
This research examines the influence of diversity in Top Management Team
to financial performance, the diversity measure used in this research are age,
gender and occupational heterogeneity. This research used a sample of 70 banks
that meets the criteria used in the research. The result of this research shows that
occupational heterogeneity and age diversity have no effect on financial
performance and gender diversity have significantly negative impact on financial
