Abstract :
The researcher is highly interesting that there are a lot of opinions from several
experts associated with the relationship quality, there is a variety of factors related to
foster customer loyalty, this study used the relationship quality dimensions: trust,
commitment and satisfaction. Thus the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of
relationship quality on customer loyalty.
This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive correlational method
by taking a sample of the population and using questionnaire as the main data. The
population in this research is a Celebrity Fitness member respondents selected by using
nonprobabilitas sampling and purposive sampling techniques.
Analysis of this research using multiple regression model are: (1) the trust has a
significant influence on customer loyalty. (2) commitment to have a significant influence
on consumer loyalty. (3) satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. (4)
there is a significant effect together of the quality relationships through trust,
commitment and satisfaction on consumer loyalty
