Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of organizational
culture, motivation and job satisfaction on performance at the Ministry of
Agricultural and Spatial / BPN. The independent variables in this study are
motivation and organizational culture. where the dependent variable?s is job
satisfaction and performance.
In this research, the calculation method used is the analysis of Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software 21. There are 120 employees of
the Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial / BPN that used as a sample.
The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant impact on
job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on job
satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance,
organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on performance, job
satisfaction has a positive impact and significant to the performance.
