Abstract :
The objectives of this research is to determine whether there is an effect between capital structure, profitability, assets structure, firm size and sales growth on the mining sector manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2015. The sample of this research using purposive sampling method and the data obtained from secondary data of listed Indonesia Stock Exchange companies financial reports. The hypothesis of this research is based on previous research and other supporting theories which then analyzed using Eviews 9.0 The result of this research shows that capital structure have effect on profitability, assets structure, firm size, and sales growth on the mining sector manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2015
