Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect analysis of capital structure, liquidity and firm size to financial performance in manufacture firm (consumer good industry) Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012- 2015. The independent variables that are used in this study are capital structure measured by debt to equity ratio, liquidity is measured by current ratio and firm size is measured by lnsize. Meanwhile, the dependent variable using financial performance which measured by return on asset. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and sample of this research are 21 manufacture companies that had joined on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2015. Data obtained from secondary data on Indonesia Stock Exchange website and Bank Indonesia website. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure has an effect and significant to manufacture firm financial performance, liquidity has an effect and significant to manufacture firm financial performance and firm size has an effect and significant to manufacture firm financial performance.
