Abstract :
Thisresearchaimedtoprovethatmotivation,rewards,andreligionneedsinfluenceonjobsatisfactionatPT.PNJakarta.Withinthisresearch,populationresearchreferstoallemployeesatPT.PNwhichisabout300employeesthatalreadypasstheprobationtime.Sampleusedabout75respondentsanddatawastakenbywayofquestionnaires ThedatacollectionareanalyzedbyRegressionAnalysis.TheresultofthisanalysisshowedthatY=6.352+0,336X1+0,149X2+0,222X3andthedeterminationcoefficientsisabout51,2%.Bythatmeans,therearepositivesignificationeffectaboutmotivation,rewards,andreligionneedsonProductivity.Therefore,PT.PNshouldpayattentiontothesevariablesforincreasingnumbersofemployees?sproductivity Keywords:Motivation,Rewards,Religionneeds,Productivity,Employees
