Abstract :
Basically, the leader is supporting to increased of inrole and innovative performance. Leader behaviors were measured at time follower job satisfaction that will ultimately lead to improvements in the performance of the employee and the company This research is categorized as survey research with descriptive analysis method by taking sample and using questionnaire as the main data. The sample in this research is Marketing and Sales division PT. Astra Credit Companies, Jakarta. The respondents are chosen by using nonprobability sampling and snowball sampling techniques.The results of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and its result would be summarized as below:1). Directive Leadership has positive and significant influence toward employee job satisfaction at PT. Astra Credit Companies, Jakarta. 2). Transactional Leadership has not influence towardemployee job satisfaction at PT. Astra Credit Companies, Jakarta. 3). Transformational Leadership has positive and significant influence towardemployee job satisfaction at PT. Astra Credit Companies, Jakarta. 4). Job Satisfaction has positive and significant influence towardemployee inrole performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies, Jakarta. 5). Job Satisfaction has not influence towardemployee innovative performance at PT.
