Abstract :
This research is aimed to study empirically the effect of occupational health and safety and work environment to employee performance. As for the object ofthe present study were employees of PT. Bakrie Metal Industries-Bekasi Fabrication Unit. There are two independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables are occupational health and safetyand work environment. The dependent variable is employee performance.The samples are obtained by using simple random sampling method, 161 employee are used as the sample of this study. This statistics method used is multiple regression with initial test used is a test of normality, multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. The results of this research shows that occupational health and safety has significant effect to employee performance. Work environment has significant effect to employee performance.Keywords : Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
