Abstract :
The resulting performance of employees can not be separated from each organizational culture , motivation and commitment of organizations that support . This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees in the Bureau of Planning , Bureau of Personnel , and the Bureau of Legal and Public Relations Organization Population Family Planning Agency ( BKKBN ) , Jakarta
Tests conducted by questionnaire from 68 respondents drawn from the three bureaus: the planning agency , staffing agencies , and law firms and public relations organization Population Family Planning Agency ( BKKBN ) , Jakarta . Analyses were performed with test validity , reliability testing , and test hypotheses with SPPS version 22 program using multiple linear regression analysis .
With multiple linear regression analysis method can be concluded that the significant organizational and cultural variables have positive effect on the performance of the value of 2,771 t ( > t table 1.997 ) and 0.007 significance ( < 0.05 ) . Variables significant motivation has positive effect on the performance of the value of 2,019 t ( > t table 1.997 ) and a significance of 0.048 ( < 0.05 ) and significant variable organizational commitment and positive effect on the performance of the value of t 3,045 ( > t table 1.997 ) and a significance of 0.003( < 0.05 ) .
