Abstract :
Nowadays technology and communication device are very important to people and industry. One of them in the banking industry. Banks utilizing mobile banking to facilitate customer to transaction. The main focus of this study is to analize the direct effect of innovation attribute and knowledge based trust to attitude toward using mobile banking, and also the direct effect of attitude toward using mobile banking to behavioral intention
This research is categorized as a survey descriptive analysis method bytaking samples and using questionnaire as its main tools. The sample in this research is some of Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri and Bank BRI customers, especially the customer who use mobile banking. The respondents are chosen by using nonprobability sampling and convenience sampling techniques
The results of analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM and its results would be summarized as below:
1.Perceived relative advantage has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 2.Perceived ease of use has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 3.Perceived compatibility has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 4.Perceived competence has no significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 5.Perceived benevolence has no significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 6.Perceived integrity has significant influence on attitude toward using mobile banking. 7.Attitude toward using mobile banking has significant influence on behavioral intention toward using mobile banking.
