Abstract :
This research is aimed to study empirically the effect of affective commitment, continuance
commitment and normative commitment to job satisfaction based on intinsic and extrinsic. As for the
object of the present study were partners barista of Starbucks Coffee district 2 Jakarta Selatan. There
are three independent variables and two dependent variable. The independent variables are affective
commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The dependent variable are
intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction. The samples are obtained by population of the
organization, 102 employees are used as the sample of this study. This statistics method used is
multiple regression with initial test used is a test of normality, multiple regression analysis and
classical assumption test. With interval scale 1-5. The results of this research shows that only
normative commitment has significant effect to intrinsic job satisfaction. Only affective commitment
has significant effect to extrinsic job satisfaction.
