Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership, Financial Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Performance. This study focuses on the permanent nurses of RS "X". The data used in this study were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to the nurses at the "X" Hospital Jakarta. This research uses non probability Sampling as sampling technique and obtained 60 respondents data which is processed as the result of this research. Testing data using SPSS analysis. The result is Transformational Leadership, Positive Influence on Performance, Financial Compensation has positive effect on Performance, Job Satisfaction has positive effect on Performance and Transformational Leadership, Financial CompeKeyword: Transformasional Leadership, Compensation Financial, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance nsation, Job Satisfaction on Performance.
