Abstract :
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of profitability and company size affect the corporate social responsibility (CSR) in companies listed in consumer goods industry on Indonesia Stock Exchange. With purposive sampling method, the populations of this research are 10 companies listed in consumer goods from 2008 until 2011. The results show that there is significant correlation betweenreturn on equityto CSR disclosure, but there is no significant for return on assetsand company size to CSR disclosure.
