Abstract :
This paper analyzes factors influencing stock prices for property firms listed in the Indonesia stock exchange covering the period from January 2008 to December, 2012 using inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and money supply. The period is selected so as to use the most recent data, to make the findings more current. The study uses secondary data the main source of which is the BEI and the Central Bank of Indonesia statistics. Multiple regression formula was applied to estimate effect of the selected factors on stock prices. Finding of the research is intended to present an alternative view of analysis in the level of business decision as well as government policies.
