Abstract :
This sandekala music composition work is inspired by social phenomena and natural phenomena, describing the atmosphere before, during and after the sandekala phenomenon occurred. Research data were collected through literature studies, document studies, and interviews with a number of musical artists. Sandekala's musical composition tells about taboos that should not be done when sandekala occurs. The creation of new musical instruments is used in the composition of sandekala music, the tone produced by each instrument is a partial sound that is the sound that is irregular or the tone does not refer to the existing scale.
