Abstract :
This thesis describes the composition of the musical work entitled Nyabung.Nyabung's work takes social phenomena about cockfighting that is still rife in Indonesia. Loveand affection for chickens that are fought to death are used as inspiration to compose musical composition works, from a non-actor perspective, they know a series of processes in combining namely, the process of preparation, complaining and after complaining becomes an impression. For musical compositions in the form of sound colors, rhythms, harmonies and melodies, the composition of Nyabungmusic is arranged into several memorable, tense, uplifting, loving, and calm phenomena. Uses the development of sound elements from several traditions in the form of sound sources of iron pipes, glasses, triangle, rebab, and gong pipes as musical.
