Abstract :
Indonesia is an archipelagic country and many islands or coastal areas that need energy supply, To answer this energy need, a floating solar barge is needed by utilizing barges because of the efficiency and flexibility that can be operated in various locations. Design of spread mooring type catenary lines on floating solar power plant is enabled so that it can reach coastal areas that require a supply of electrical energy from a floating solar power plant. In this final project the researcher will discuss the mooring design on the Design of spread mooring type catenary lines on floating solar power plant when receiving varied loads in closed waters with significant wave heights of 0.5 meters and 2 meters. The output of this final project research is the dynamic response graph in receiving the loading angle 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, and 180°. The software used is the maxsurf modeler for modeling a floating solar power plant and uses software ansys student version R2 2022 for dynamic response analysis of spread mooring type catenary. Using the analysis method of time domain analysis and simulated with a time span of 10800 seconds (3 hours) according to the DNV OS E301 code on irregular waves. The output is a Response Amplitude Operator, to analyze the dynamic response and the maximum ULS tension when the condition is intact. After the simulation, the highest RAO dynamic response is obtained in the roll motion of 11.02°/m at a frequency of 0.093Hz, with the highest maximum stress of 1331 kN at ML 6 and ML 7 at a loading angle of 90°. and has the lowest safety factor of 3.01, including safe and still meets the minimum safety factor >1,67 according to the code "API RP 2SK".
