Abstract :
The more advanced the development of technology, the need for such energy will increase. Meanwhile, most of the energy supplies that are often used come from fossils, where these energy supplies are increasingly limited and depleting. It is known that fossil energy can be created by taking a very long time to be created, therefore, renewable energy is needed, one of which is wave energy. Ocean waves are a natural phenomenon in the form of rising and falling sea water. The height of the sea waves can be caused by several factors, one of which is the tides and tides. The tides occur due to the gravitational attraction of the earth towards the sun and moon, as well as the influence of the attraction of other planets. The height of the sea level depends on the position of the earth relative to the sun and moon. In data collection that has been done, data is obtained, namely data collection time, latitude, longitude, temperature, maximum wave height, average wave height, minimum wave height, picht (degrees), roll (degrees), z axix (m/s2) and milli (ms). At high tide the average wave height is 0.0665 m, the minimum or lowest value at wave height is 0.0265 m and the maximum or highest value is 0.1625 m. Whereas at low tide the average wave height is 0.0722 m, the minimum or lowest value at wave height is 0.0252 m and the maximum or highest value is 0.6245 m. After processing the wave data obtained, we will obtain approximate data on wave energy to electrical energy, namely, at high tide it produces 101,41 Watt and at low tide it produces 93,12 Watt.
