Abstract :
Air bersih merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar dalam menunjang kehidupan manusia, semakin bertambahnya tahun semakin bertambah pula penduduk, infrastruktur yang ada di Kecamatan Dom Aleixo Kota Dili, maka sudah pasti semakin bertambah pula pengguna air bersih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebutuhan serta ketersediaan air bersih yang dibutuhkan masyarakat di Kecamatan Dom Aleixo hingga tahun 2030. Dalam penelitian ini, kebutuhan air bersih berdasarkan data-data sekunder yang ada dan membandingkan terhadap ketersediaan sumber air bersih yang ada, diprediksikan kebutuhan air bersih untuk wilayah Kecamatan Dom Aleixo dengan perhitungan menggunakan metode proyeksi untuk memproyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk 10 tahun yang akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, didapatkan jumlah kebutuhan air bersih pada tahun 2030 untuk 24.690 jiwa dan fasilitas non domestik di Kecamatan Dom Aleixo adalah 40,76 L/dt. Sedangkan debit yang tersedia dari sumber air Tohumeta yaitu sebesar 170 L/dt. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan air bersih untuk Kecamatan Dom Aleixo pada tahun 2030 masih bisa dipenuhi oleh sumber air tersebut. ================================================================================================================================= Clean water is one of the basic needs in supporting human life, the increasing number of years the population increases, the existing infrastructure in the Dom Aleixo District, Dili City, it is certain that the users of clean water are also increasing. The purpose of this study was to determine the need and availability of clean water needed by the community in Dom Aleixo District until 2030. In this study, the need for clean water is based on existing secondary data and compared to the availability of existing clean water sources, it is predicted that the need for clean water for Dom Aleixo sub-district with calculations using the projection method to project population growth in the next 10 years. Based on the results of the analysis, the total need for clean water in 2030 is for 24.690 people and non-domestic facilities in Dom Aleixo District are 40,76 L/sec. Meanwhile, the available discharge from the Tohumeta water source is 170 L/sec. Thus, it can be concluded that the need for clean water for Dom Aleixo District in 2030 can still be met by this water source.
