primiparous postpartum mothers on the sixth day at As-Syifa Husada
Poncokusumo Clinic with a total of 32 mothers. The sample is 20
mothers with accidental sampling technique. The independent variable
is postpartum exercise and the dependent variable is uterine
involution. Collecting data using observation sheets. The results of this
study were obtained from 20 respondents. The control group was
almost entirely respondents with a slow uterine involution process of 9
(90%) and a small proportion of respondents with a rapid uterine
involution process of 1 (10%). In the treatment group, almost all
respondents with a fast uterine involution process were 8 (80%) and a
small number of respondents with a slow uterine involution process
were 2 (20%). The Chi Square statistical test showed that the value (p
= 0.002) < (0.05 ) so that H1 is accepted. The conclusion is that there
is an effect of postpartum exercise on the uterine involution process in
primiparous postpartum mothers on the sixth day at the As-Syifa
