Abstract :
The rapid development of Science and Technology has ushered us into the digital era, with 66.48% of Indonesia's population actively using the internet in 2022, reflecting the society's openness to technology. Digital platforms, particularly websites, play a crucial role in facilitating access to information and global interaction. Consequently, websites are widely used by companies as a medium for information and promotion of their products or services. Perumda Air Minum Tirta Satria, a company engaged in the production and distribution of clean water in Banyumas Regency, has a website that provides comprehensive information about the company. However, this website faces issues with its user interface (UI), resulting in a less interactive and comfortable user experience. Therefore, redesigning the user interface of the Perumda Air Minum Tirta Satria website is expected to enhance user interactivity and comfort. The User Centered Design (UCD) approach will be employed to ensure the final result aligns with the users' needs and preferences, thereby improving the overall user experience.
