Abstract :
The website is one of the effective internet media to present information especially information company to users or customers in 24 hours. The look of the user interface or user interface (ui) of the website PDAM Banyumas is still using the old version, so the display is still unable to present the company profile to the public. This research aims to analyze the design of a website usability elements of the banyumas taps. output was to give recommendations in the development of the website. The methods used to evaluate usability method is by testing. The results obtained from this research after conducting an evaluation of website usability is PDAM Banyumas website have less good value and the development of recommendations for the redesign is an improvement based on the problems that have been found from the evaluation.
