Abstract :
The Occupational Health and Safety (SMK3) management system is regulated in PERMENAKER No. 05/MEN/1996 concerning guidelines for the implementation of SMK3 and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Article 87 No. 13 of 2003 and PP No. 50 of 2012 which states that every company that has more than 100 workers and has a high potential for work hazards and accidents as well as occupational diseases is required to implement SMK3. This study aims to determine the application of SMK3 at PT. Satria Buana Pamula Sakti and what are the application criteria that affect the performance and prepare the appropriate SOP at PT. Satria Buana Pamula Sakti. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach to identify occupational hazards and risks. Questionnaires were distributed to determine the perception of workers on each criterion. Based on the results of questionnaires distributed to workers, 45 respondents were found with 18% of respondents being female and 82% of respondents in this study being male with a percentage of 73% of respondents being permanent workers and 27% of respondents being temporary workers. The results of this study obtained 6 most influential criteria, namely the involvement of workers with a significance value of 0.00, Management Role with a significance value of 0.00, Working Environment Conditions with a significance value of 0.00, Work Competence with a significance value of 0.04, and Work Communication with a 0.00 significance value.
