Abstract :
Technology developments in learning platforms have grown rapidly, one of which is Learning Management System (LMS). In 2018 until now LMS at SMK Telkom Banjarbaru uses LMS as a teaching and learning platform. Constraints faced include; HR not familiar, has difficulty making settings, key descriptions and initial tutorials, still not familiar with the LMS system, often has difficulty finding courses. Based on this problem, one way that can be used to find out users of LMS is The Technique for User eXperience Evaluation in e-Learning (TUXEL) method. The TUXEL 2.0 method in this study was used to develop the usability and user experience at SMK Telkom Banjarbaru. The data used on the quota sampling technique in 40 students. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the usability and user experience of the Moodle 3.8- based LMS at SMK Telkom Banjarbaru. The results of the evaluation of three aspects of the TUXEL assessment in the Problem Reporting Table category found 24 problem items, the LMS Evaluation General found 20 problem items. User Experience Evaluation, the LMS of SMK Telkom Banjarbaru obtained a positive assessment with the superior dimensions being motivation and creativity. Keywords : LMS.
