Abstract :
The development of information technology facilitates in various aspects, both in individuals, organizations, businesses, and government bodies. Website is a group of pages – pages that display information consisting of data, text, images, animation data, sound, and combination of all the static or dynamic elements. Government's role in public service activities and a reliable source of information for the public, to create a good service and information source, information technology is needed as a website to create that role. The Banyumas Capital Government has an official website called banyumasab.go.id. The website has features of public service online, information about all government activities and all information about smiles from event, place of travel, hotel, restaurant. Problems occur when news updates cannot be updated every day because it is often too late to receive news or data, because in looking for news in the field there are in the documentation and leadership activities that are daily alongside all Bupati activities and there is no evaluation of user experience from the banyumaskab.go.id. aimed at upgrading and upgrading the bathroom website. Go. id. Evaluation of a website gives an impact on the level of user satisfaction, the higher the quality of a website the more users access that website. Research using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The results of this study show an evaluation of user experience on the banyumaskab.go.id using the EUCS method obtains a percentage score on the content indicator dimension obtaining an index 74%, the accuracy indicator dimension obtaining an index 74%, the Format indicator dimension obtaining an index 62%, the ease-of-use indicator dimension obtaining an index 76%, and the timeliness indicator dimension obtaining an index 71%.
