Abstract :
The development of computer technology and internet network access that is increasingly widespread has an impact on the payment service system, namely the online Business to Business (B2B) or e-marketplace model, one of which is the monthly bill payment system through the emarketplace. Data from observations and literature studies have shown a change in behavior, especially in the pattern of using the monthly bill payment system, which initially pays manually to the nearest supermarket and then switches to the e-marketplace system. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the behavior change of an e-marketplace user on the monthly bill payment system from manual then switch to e-marketplace by identifying the relationship between endogenous and exogenous variables on actual behavior using the C-TPBTAM method. Research is useful for developers of new or existing applications to improve in terms of information technology and social factors. Respondents to the questionnaire were 210 using random sampling technique based on the type of work APJII. Recommendations for new or existing developers are to improve monthly bill payment system services so that users are easy, useful, have control in using them and can improve e-marketplace services based on social pressure or complaints felt by users.
